Harmony Home Warranty is still a relatively young company and there isn't a lot of information about it online. It doesn't have any reviews with Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau and we weren't even able to find a company LinkedIn profile to gather more information on the number of employees it has. This makes it difficult to assess its customer service and compare it to others in the industry. That doesn't mean you're going to have problems with Harmony Home Warranty if you purchase a home warranty from it. But it's still kind of an unknown quantity and buyers should be aware of this.

This is a terrible company does not pay their bills, they sent our Company out for a service call for them and never paid us we tried contacting them over a dozen times, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, never once droid they call us back , Every time we called and asked to be connected to their accounts payable department we were told we could not talk to them. Extremely dishonest. They do not honor their contract. Basically, you pay for nothing but a service fee call to be told they will not help with the problem!

Worst possible company. Hard to reach, slow to process, and find minute detail to deny claim every single occasion. Waste of the 600 dollars to purchase the warranty. Would recommend anyone else to buy a new appliance or hire your own plumber with that money rather than “donating” to the harmony.

I had previously put in a request for a quote. I no longer wish to receive information from Harmony Home Warranty and have told them (one caller in particular) numerous times. I have received upwards of 10 missed calls from them a day and they still call me daily despite me stating I would no longer like to receive calls. I have also blocked each and every number they call me from but they seem to have an endless supply of new phone numbers to be used. Today, after asking yet again for them to stop calling me, the salesman began to scream at me that since I put in for a quote that it is not harassment and will continue to call me.

I simply requested a quote from this company and advised the person that called back that I needed some time to explore all options from other companies. Within an hour I received 5 more calls from different people - I told them all the same thing. Since then, even after asking to be removed off their call list, I have received over 70 calls from different numbers and even been told that they charge $40 to remove someone from their call list. I will NEVER do business with this company.

SUBMITTED A CLAIM AND AFTER 2 WEEKS THE TECHNICIAN GOES TO MY HOUSE AND DETERMINED THE MICROWAVE NEEDS TO BE REPLACE, I CONTACTED HARMONY HOME WARRANTY AND THEY SAID THEY WILL PAY ME $50.00 FOR MY MICROWAVE!!1 WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE SALES SPILL THAT THEY WILL FIX OR REPLACE FOR ONE SIMILAR OR BETTER? IS A TOTAL LIE. CLAIM WAS SUBMITTED WITH BBB AND I WILL CONTACT THE STATE OF FLORIDA.

The worst home warranty ever. I wish I did not sign with them because they took our money and refuse to cover any repair to our AC unit after they told me to pay the technician to come in. DO not use Harmony, they are the worst.

Here's what I mean: You get a contract that outlines everything that is covered, and everything that is not covered. That's pretty standard. Even after winning a dispute against Harmony Home Warranty with DSCOVER CARD for the $400.00 annual fee & a separate dispute of $40.00 on the service fee; they had the guts to try & rebill my credit card again with DISCOVER for the $400.00 annual fee. Don't trust these folks.
