HORRIBLE. I put in a claim 1/9/2021. They sent a man who wouldn't honor the warranty 1/13. I called immediately and was promised another vendor within 48 hours. One month later, after several people told me they'd mark it urgent, no one has called. When you use the number for"claim specialists", they are just representatives who message claims dept. Those people cannot be reached. I finally cancelled.
I signed up for Harmony Home Warranty in Novemb34 2020. Today is February 3rd and they have yet to take any money from my debit card. I am contacting them today for the 3rd time. I worry that if i ha a system fail it would not get taken care of. Customer support just told me that the person i need to talk with is not available and now i have to wait for a call back.
I don't know where this information came but it's totally incorrect. WORST home warranty ever!! I prefer to pay more for a better service. No one answers the phone! It's been 2 months that I put a claim for my garage door opener and still nothing. I've been asked to call in 2 days and its been the same argument for 2 months. Do not waste your time with this company.
Harmony Home Warranty is a FRAUD! On Jan 2, 2020, I turned in a claim online that my heater was not working. I have never been contacted by a service repair company on behalf of Harmony. I called Harmony and they told me it was dispatched to Service Beaver. I contacted Service Beaver and they said they do not have a contract in place with Harmony. I have called Harmony nearly everyday since Jan 5, 2020. I kept getting told they were working on it and I would hear back later today or tomorrow from a service provider. I agree with other comments. about this being a terrible home warranty company. The old adage that if its too good to be true applies. The pricing is unbelievably cheap.
Harmony does not return phone calls. On multiple occasions they said they were sending out a contractor but never followed up. When I said that I wanted to cancel the contract under the terms, I received threatening highly unprofessional and unsigned emails that they would "fight me" and not allow this to happen. I never received service despite being promised so for more than 3 months. I cancelled and would never go back to them. This is a complete scam. I am surprised they have not been shut down.
This is the worst home warranty company out there. I've been trying to get in contact when customer service, but keep getting the same people. It took 4 phone calls and 3 repair men to fix my pool pump. After all that they denied me service on other further service, cause I posted a negative review. "Rob" the customer service "manager" told me if I don't take down the review that i would not get any more service. Then he told me if i cancel my service that I would not get any money back. My warranty isn't up until July. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Harmony Home Warranty is a SCAM!!! I purchased a warranty for a rental property hoping to make my life easier. On my first repair call, it took 6 calls and a shouting match with the customer service buffoon, they gave me a plumbers number and told me to call him and get him to go there. Isn't that your job? I called Sergio with Happy Plumber and he refused to show up. So I had to call the customer service moron back and argue with him to get his vendor to show up. I ended up arguing with Sergio, the plumber, to show up. He showed up, forced my tenant to pay him $50 and then left without fixing the leaking pipe. Unbelievable! Buyer beware. There are only 2 people who work at this company and neither are helpful. We received their contract weeks after making payment, filed a first claim which was denied due to not having ability to produce 3 years of maintenance records. We had to call them several times to file the claim (they "lost it" twice) and then the repair company who came out even had no way of contacting them for an response. Been trying for months for a refund now. So many other better companies than this one- it's fraudulent. They say on their site they do not require maintenance records but reserve the right to deny claims. They have no intention of paying a claim!
Made a dryer claim and they asked me to find a repairman. I did, he came on Friday and inspected our squealing dryer and sent them the invoice at 4pm pst. He then called to see if he could fix while he was there...they were closed. I tried Saturday...they were closed for the weekend. Called Monday they told me the claim was denied because a belt caused the failure of the rollers. I told them I wanted my money back on our 8 day old policy. I'm still waiting. the repairman called and asked if I had heard from them. I told him about the denial because of the belt. Harmony Home warranty is a hokes. Extremely DISHONEST. We have had this service now for around 8 months and have called in claims for refrigerator, dryer, sump pump & now HVAC. Harmony wanted us to call a company for service and then they will reimburse us. DO NOT DO IT. After arguing with Harmony they dispatched technicians to fix dryer and refrigerator BUT we keep getting emails from these companies that did the work saying that Harmony did not pay them.
