It doesn't have any reviews with Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau and we weren't even able to find a company LinkedIn profile to gather more information on the number of employees it has. This makes it difficult to assess its customer service and compare it to others in the industry. That doesn't mean you're going to have problems with Harmony Home Warranty if you purchase a home warranty from it. But it's still kind of an unknown quantity and buyers should be aware of this.

Harmony home warranty disappointed me so much. The service is BAD, they keep on promising and there is no action. Stressful being a customer of this insurance... The name Harmony is not applicable as your name. I keep on following about my concern/ issues and this company don’ t do anything to resolve the issue. You are waiting for nothing. Beware of this company.

Do not buy this warranty. This home warranty is just a scam. They take your money and if you make service request they come up with all kinds of an excuse not to pay. I made a service request 3 weeks ago and after 2 weeks they tell me they can not find a tech. to come to my house and I should find one myself. I did and in one day found 5 and send them the diagnosis and quote. After 2 weeks they deny the repair on the basis that they need 3 yrs of service record and I had this item for only 2 yrs and is a new fridge and since I had it 2 yrs ago obviously do not have 3 yrs of service record. I don't know how much Harmony is paying this site to give them such rave reviews, but this company is 100% garbage and possibly a huge scam. I have been overcharged for services and service calls that never took place, I haven't been able to contact them nor get them to contact me in over 3 months! The company that did come out for 1 service call has not been paid and may be sticking me with the bill! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

A smooth talking Sales agent first sold me 1 year home warranty and afterwards, he convinced me to sign up for a multi-year warranty to get a better per year pricing. He promised that after signing up, if I wanted to cancel the warranty, I could do it. He told me that he would be my assigned agent for all needs for the plan I was purchasing. I WAS TRAPPED. I signed up multi-year home warranty, but broke down few thousands of $$ premium into 4 monthly installment. My credit card was charged for 1st month while we were still talking over the phone. I agree with the comments below. Horrible company , doesnt want to cover anything and ask for maintenance records even though there own independent contractor conforms the loss should be covered. Scam of a company. Took 2 weeks of calling them constantly for them to tell me they want maintenance records on a new home purchase. Seriously? And they refer you to the contract that they send tou after you sign up after their sales team assures you your covered. Do they really exist???? Does anyone out there know their physical address???? I need someone from upper management to call me back ASAP. I have been waiting for a call for over a month for someone to call me so we can discuss some of my frustrations. I'm still waiting. This company does not pay their bills. We did a service call them and that was two months ago, never paid us, don’t answer the phone. Leaves us no choice but to go after homeowner for payment. Suggest DO NOT USE this company. Oasis Plumbing

I agree this is the worse Company to do business with. I was told by Dan Miller that the company had contracts with Bonded repair companies in Tennessee . I have rentals and am located in California so it was imperative that I would be able to reach someone in case of emergency. That ended very fast. Not only did the company give my credit card information to another source for payment I could not reach them after 6 months. Now all the numbers say to please call back or you hang on for hours listening to music. The company has so many numbers that don't work. THEY ARE THE WORST . DO NOT USE THEM. I TOOK A YEAR CONTRACT WITH THEM HAD TO WAIT A MONTH AND CALLED FOR MY FIRST CLAIM TO FIX MY STOVETOP. NOBODY CALLED BACK OR SHOWED UP. I HAD TO CALL AT LEASST 5 TIMES. THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND DUE TO THEM BREAKING THE CONTRACT FOR A NO SHOW. I SPOKE TO A ROB AND HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO SEND A LETTER, NNO E-MAIL A LETTER TO CANCEL.
