It doesn't have any reviews with Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau and we weren't even able to find a company LinkedIn profile to gather more information on the number of employees it has. This makes it difficult to assess its customer service and compare it to others in the industry. That doesn't mean you're going to have problems with Harmony Home Warranty if you purchase a home warranty from it. But it's still kind of an unknown quantity and buyers should be aware of this.

SCAM!!! And HORRIBLE customer service! I purchased a home warranty from Harmony Home Warranty on April 22, 2020 for the buyers of my NY home. Without my consent, this company kept my credit card information and then used it to charge ME for a service call to a house I do not own and for a person not authorized to be using my credit card. Then to make matters even worse, I find out from the new owners that Harmony Home Warranty never even sent a service person to the house as requested for the service call to repair the dryer, which my credit card was billed for. PLEASE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I SIGNED UP IN JANUARY 2020. IN MARCH, MY HOUSE HAD SOME ELECTRICAL ISSUES THAT NEEDED FIXED. I NOTIFIED HARMONY RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME, DID NOT EVEN CALL AN ELECTRICIAN. I HAD TO INITIATE EVERYTHING. AFTER COMPLETION, THE ELECTRICIAN FILED THE CLAIM WITH HARMONY. HE HASN'T BEEN PAID YET AND THAT WAS 4 MONTHS AGO. HARMONY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY WILL NOT PAY A CLAIM. THIEVES! ZERO STARS. BEWARE! I HAVE ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN NEW JERSEY AND NEW YORK, AND THE BBB. I CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD SO THEY CAN'T STEAL FROM ME AGAIN.

I have been asking for my contract # 334571 to be cancelled since March 2020 plus for them to refund me my $1050(3years contract). They instead turnaround and charge my card for $60 on July 23, 2020 for a service call I never had. I am soooo frustrated with this company i do not even know how to describe my anger towards them on here. I have never heard of any warranty company charging for service that was not rendered, you usually pay whatever service contractor company that come to your house.

This company is very difficult to reach and are totally non-responsive. I called for service on my refrigerator on June 29, 2020. A technician did not call to schedule after waiting two days. I then called and a technician came. He could not fix the refrigerator. As of July 23, 2020 I still have not heard from Harmony. I wrote a cancellation letter on July 15, 2020. That was not done until I called on July 23, 2020 but not before they took their service fee from my account. I should not be charged anything because of the poor service and receive a full refund. BUYER BEWARE.

do not trust this company they are the biggest rip off you will ever know in you life. early today i wrote a coment they took it off I today i turned them in to the better bussiness bureau today after i told them i was going to do that they illegally took money out of my bank if any boudy want to here some facts about them call me 253 306 9301 if they take me off again ill put the real facts on the internet under home warrnites for the whole world to see

harmony home warnity is the biggest rip off in the world they will keep trying to lead you on not call when you when you have a claim because there trying to get the next month to roll over for they could take out the monthly payment. let me tell you the good part after they led me on for two months and did not do nothing finally when i did get hold of them they asked me if i had maintenance records on my ac i said no so they denied me. i asked them so do i need records for my fridge washing machine dryer so on and they said yes how many people have maintence records on a fridge be aware. when you call and they keep you on hold all day is because they no who you are by your phone number.

I called for service on my refrigerator approx. two weeks ago. Never got a call from a technician until I made several calls. The technician came and could not fix the problem. He stated he had to contact Harmony with his diagnosis, I have been unable to reach Harmony. I have now been waiting five days for a status report. This process should not take this long.

I purchased this home warranty for my client with the purchase of her new home. They have been nothing but a problem. First the air-conditioning went out and it took them over a week to get it fixed after repeating calling them. Then about 2 weeks ago her water heater started leaking all over. We called them and they did not call back for over 4 days. Then after a week they said that they were not going to cover the water heater.

5 star rating for BBB are for signup service, they offer 1 free month if you leave a rating before you request a service call. One you request service call is when you realize they are a scam, want you money but decline service. I am going to do all a I can to see everyone knows what a scam this company is. BEWARE!!!! I

Please stay away from this company not reliable i can not give not one star. Will I called was told a response time is 24 to 48 hours called on Thursday now it's Monday no call yet. Only reason this company was chosen because of the high rating do not make a decision based on rating.
