It doesn't have any reviews with Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau and we weren't even able to find a company LinkedIn profile to gather more information on the number of employees it has. This makes it difficult to assess its customer service and compare it to others in the industry. That doesn't mean you're going to have problems with Harmony Home Warranty if you purchase a home warranty from it. But it's still kind of an unknown quantity and buyers should be aware of this.

This Company is the WORST yet. I have been waiting for 6 days for my Water heater to be replaced. I have no hot water and we have a 1yr old and 5 year old, they do not care. I spent 2 hours on hold, never once did anyone answer, and then they were closed. I got the "after hours person" who said....so sorry but we are closed and there is nothing I can do. This is complete B.S. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I will be making a formal complaint to the BBB

If I could I never give this company star. They take away your money and when you need them they kill time and ignore your request for repair. I had a claim for my dryer and it took two month that I figured they are not capable of fixing it. None of the communication with repair man was email to me and when I talked to repairman he was mad at them since they ignored his diagnosis and did not pay him for the visit as well.There is a guy in customer service his name is Tod and he is most ignorant liar I have ever seen in my life. Please dont waste your money in this company.

Harmony Home Warranty contacted us with the request to provide service to their customer in our area. We checked the appliance, submitted the estimate same day and never got response from them. Their customer was calling for service saying that they directed him to us. We contacted numerous times with the status of authorization and later with the status of payment for the service call provided. They ignored both sides. Be careful with this company. They are scammers.

Home Harmony is a dishonest company, they are a rip off. I phoned in a claim and they denied it. The Technician they referred me to did not even have a contract with Harmony and they blamed me because the technician didn't have a contract with them, when Harmony gave me the technicians phone number. They never return phone calls and are not professional at all. How in the world they got an A+ rating is beyond me. My rating for Harmony is -F

I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!they don't call you back for anything There customer service sucks . seek else where for better warranty and they are not one of them My privacy was spilled to some company saying I was past due, when they should've call me to let me know what's going on. Very BAD
