Harmony Home Warranty is still a relatively young company and there isn't a lot of information about it online. It doesn't have any reviews with Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau and we weren't even able to find a company LinkedIn profile to gather more information on the number of employees it has. This makes it difficult to assess its customer service and compare it to others in the industry. That doesn't mean you're going to have problems with Harmony Home Warranty if you purchase a home warranty from it. But it's still kind of an unknown quantity and buyers should be aware of this.

Do not buy from them . I paid $1500.00 up front for 5 years. Months later, I called about my dryer not working. The drum would go around but it would not heat. I paid the $40.00 charge and was told I would hear from them within 48 hours. Ten days later I called customer service to see why they had not been here and was told "my claim was denied " but they would put it thru again. It took me forever to get my $40.00 back and they never came. I had to call a repair person to come fix the dryer. Months after that , I called about my hot water/electric backup furnace. I am writing to warn you about this company! I recently filed a claim for my dishwasher. I instantly received an Email notice that a Harmony Home Warranty representative would contact me within 48 hours. That did not happen. After a few days I called customer support. I was told by customer support that my claim was denied because (Harmony Home Warranty) does not service Bosch products. I went through my service contract with (Harmony Home Warranty) and I found nothing that stated in my service contract that Bosch products are not serviced. I asked for a full refund with no results! This company is now under investigation by the NY AG.

I have contacted the NY AG and they told me there were not enough complaints filed for them to initiate an investigation. If everyone who has a complaint would contact the NY AG then maybe they will investigate so we can get some relief. It cost me $1600 for two homes and I lost it all. What a scam. Please, please, please contact the NY AG to file a complaint.

Zero stars. The website makes you click on at least 1 star to submit a comment, but I would have given zero stars if possible. I actually got South Carolina's office of Consumer Services to issue a signed Cease and Desist Order against Harmony Home Warranty. Do NOT give this company ANY money.

Harmony Home Warranty is a good company,if you have money to donate to a company that steals from the consumer. Don't buy a home warranty from them, also the Better Business of New York has now given them an F rating.

They do not respond to questions, they require you pay for service with the promise they will reimburse you but you cannot get them to reimburse you they just keep putting you off. They are terrible do not get their warranty
